Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm across cloud and on-premises clusters.
  • Operate and support infrastructure on AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift, including network, compute, and storage layers.
  • Develop and maintain scripts (Shell, Python, etc.) to automate routine operational tasks.
  • Own and troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system stability, and drive incident root cause analysis and resolution.

  • Experience managing escalations and owning P0/P1 incident response end-to-end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical updates into clear, professional client communication.
  • Experience conducting QBRs, health check calls, and renewal conversations.

Responsibilities:
Client Management — Reactive

  • Acknowledge client issues within 1 business hour (P0) to 2 business days (P3), per severity SLA.
  • Investigate issues in Freshdesk; ensure tickets are created, classified, and tracked to resolution.
  • Deliver consolidated client updates combining Support and Engineering input, avoiding raw technical jargon.
  • For P0/P1 issues, provide written RCA summaries to clients within 5 business days of resolution.
  • Ensure no ticket remains stale beyond 48 hours without a documented status update.

Client Management — Proactive

  • Conduct monthly health check calls to review environment health, rule execution trends, and upcoming needs.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) covering usage metrics, resolved issues, roadmap features, and satisfaction.
  • Deliver feature announcements for new capabilities relevant to each client’s use case.
  • Initiate release readiness outreach before every major platform release and confirm deployment windows with clients.
  • Follow up 1–2 weeks after every P0/P1 resolution to confirm stability and share preventive measures.
  • Initiate renewal conversations 90 days in advance and coordinate with Sales/Account Management on risk factors.

Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Enterprise or Mid-Market technical accounts.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Support, Sales) in a client-facing role.
  • Experience managing escalations and owning P0/P1 incident response end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

Internal Coordination

  • Engage Product Engineering for performance issues, scalability concerns, security requirements, and RCA requests.
  • Submit feature requests to Product Owners with full client context, including business justification, priority, and competitive context.
  • Participate in stand-up meetings with Support, Solutions, and Engineering teams.
  • Conduct daily morning reviews of new tickets, SLA thresholds, and client responses requiring action.
  • Attend bi-weekly Product Owner check-ins and monthly Client Health Reviews with CS Lead and Sales/Account Management.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date client files capturing business context, technical architecture, pain points, and expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver weekly client health status reports (Healthy, At Risk, Critical) to Sales/Account Management during weekly connects.
  • Document all client interactions, issue updates, and action items in Freshdesk and internal trackers.
  • Track and report portfolio-level trends at monthly Client Health Reviews.

Experience: 3 – 6 Years

Requirements:

  • SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle RAC, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Understanding of data management, including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring.
  • Understanding of data and schema standards and concepts.
  • Understanding of virtualization tools such as VirtualBox and VMware.
  • Knowledge of Linux/UNIX commands.
  • Basic knowledge of ETL and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Git version control.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with schema design, code review, and SQL query tuning.
  • Install, tune, implement, and upgrade DBMS installations.
