Torana Inc. Acquires Land in MIHAN Nagpur

Eyeing bigger space for its Nagpur office, Torana Inc recently acquired 2.21 acres of land in MIHAN SEZ. The deal was finalized with MADC six months back and recently the firm got a provisional allotment letter. Torana Inc. is a software company with headquarters in Stamford USA and R&D centre in Nagpur.

The company has its own software product – iceDQ, an ETL testing software, which is licensed to customers, some of which include the New York Stock Exchange, Anthem, Lockheed Martin, Pfizer, IBM, Nomura, Credit Suisse, Accenture, Fidelity Investments, Franklin Templeton Investments and many more Fortune 500 companies in the USA. Other software products and sub-products of the company are in development.

iceDQ was conceived by Sandesh Gawande (now the CTO of Torana Inc.) in 2005. It was the first software firm in the world to automate ETL testing and for many years, it has been one of the leading software in the Data Testing space.

It has evolved over a course of 14 Years with customer feedback and the incorporation of the latest technologies. iceDQ has multiple editions; its Big Data edition, released in 2019 was also the first of its kind in the world.

The strength of Torana Inc. R&D centre in Nagpur is 112 and the company is rapidly hiring. Torana Inc.’s CEO Smita Gawande takes care of business operations in the USA while Shyam Khakare leads the technical operations in India.
